This three-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor in the closed urbanisation "Heaven Beach" in Estepona.
Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and have beautiful views over the garden, pool and sea. The master bedroom is en-suite and opens up to the terrace with amazing sea views.
The terrace is very spacious and furnished, allowing you to relax in the sun and enjoy the sound of the waves. "Heaven Beach" is a very quiet urbanisation, allowing you to wind down in one of its gardens, where you'll find pools, a sauna and a gym. Whether you are on your terrace or in the garden, you'll be as close to the beach as one can be. The urbanisation has its own entrance onto the beach "Playa de Guadalmansa". Walking alongside the beach, you will see a nearby "chringuito" (beach bar) "Barraka Beach Marbella" and a kitesurfing school. The urbanisation has 24-hour security, a concierge and is free of roads, car parks or other buildings, therefore offering safety and an undisturbed view of the Mediterranean Sea.
There are multiple supermarkets nearby ("Lidl", "Mercadona", "Eco Supermarket"), all only a few minutes away by car. The city center of Estepona is worth seeing and can be quickly reached by car. It is known for its harbour and Andalusian style architecture.
From the airport in Málaga you'll arrive at the apartment in under an hour.
